I have a 150MB PDF and it takes 2.5 minutes to insert watermark.
My server has 4GB memory and I set 'memory_limit' in php.ini to '3800M.'
What should I do except for changing the value of 'memory_limit'?

That really depends more on the CPU of your hosting provider and the way it limits your CPU time.

Is that a shard hosting or dedicated server?
